docs/AEO/Growth Plan/_workspace/claude-serp/runs/), as of Oct 15, 2026. The probe records hold search results only, never an answer: each is the list of pages Claude’s search returned for one query, and they are in the repository. A round the scheduler had to stop is a record marked failed, with the step it stopped at; one that never started leaves nothing and shows as a gap. The numbers below are counted from the records shown.Oct 15, 202617:34Claude readout · Thursday (dry run of the scheduled wrapper, by hand)Claude’s search returned one of our pages for two of 19 buyer queries (zero of 19 on Oct 13, 2026); 22 of 22 target pages could be found at all (seven of 22); zero of the 22 found are held with a title the page no longer has (two); a search for our name returned seven of our pages in nine results, the first at position 3 (four of nine, first at 6).SucceededSummary writtenNo one needed for this run
Steps
- DoneProbed 45 queries once each through Claude Code WebSearch from an isolated session: 45 of 45 result lists kept, none discarded
- DoneFetched the live titles of 22 target pages: 22 known, 22 of the 22 retrievable pages compared with the title Claude shows
- DoneSummarised beside the 2026-10-13 round
How it was handled
2 of 19 category queries hold one of our pages (0 in the previous round), 22 of 22 target pages can be found (7 of 22), none of the 22 compared snapshots is stale (2 of 7 were), and the brand query returns 7 of our pages in 9 results with the first at position 3 (4 of 9, first at 6). All eleven target pages the previous round listed as waiting on a submission entered the index Claude searches two days after they were submitted, along with the four pages that round did not probe; every query diagnosed awaiting index moved to indexed, not ranked, and two became hits: the implementation query lists /aeo at position 9 and the best-agencies query lists /blog/best-aeo-services-seed-stage-b2b-startups-2026 at position 9, both last in their list. The home page and /vs now show their live titles; four blog posts (/blog/best-aeo-services-seed-stage-b2b-startups-2026, /blog/profound-vs-peec-vs-humans-with-ai-vs-clawworld, /blog/how-to-tell-whether-aeo-worked, /blog/our-publishing-log-every-change-with-a-url-and-a-date) are shown under their long original titles rather than the short title tags they carry since Oct 10, which counts as fresh because each page still carries that long title as its og:title, and both watch probes now return our original post with no Medium copy in the list. No row was due for a check (C1, C2 and C4 are checked on Oct 28, and all three already hold today), and C6 was added as proposed: the first two category hits, for a person to decide what to do with them. Two older posts seen in the previous round, on Claude Opus 5.5 and on an $8 chip, are no longer in the results; neither is a target page.
Next step
No row comes due within the next seven days (C1, C2 and C4 are checked on Oct 28) and no page is waiting on a submission; a person can decide on C6 and can drop C5, since /vs already shows its live title. Tomorrow is the Friday round: it writes the weekly report line and may propose up to three changes, with the candidates being the one query still diagnosed no page (AEO tools that track ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews), the 16 queries diagnosed indexed, not ranked, and the listicles that hold three or more of the queries without listing us (discoveredlabs.com, stackmatix.com, unifiedplatforms.com). In today's AI readout Claude ran two to four searches a question, and several are on no round's panel: what drives brand mentions and citations in AI answers, llms.txt and crawler access, free AI visibility audit tools, which search index each engine uses, how to get wrong brand information corrected, and AI search referral conversion rates; the Friday round should see whether they recur before proposing any for the next panel.
