AEO services for B2B startups

We do your AEO. It grows with you.

ClawWorld is an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) service for B2B startups based in New York; it is not the claw-machine arcade of the same name.

ClawWorld is an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) service for B2B startups — AI agents that get your product mentioned, cited, and recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, with a measure–execute–remeasure loop.

How it works

Monitoring tools stop at the dashboard. The loop is the product.

Answer engines re-crawl slowly and reward consistency, so the work compounds. The engagement is built to compound too: an 8-week pilot with two dated promises, then a monthly rhythm.

  1. 01

    Measure

Agents run the questions your buyers actually type across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews — on repeat, against a control brand, so we can tell a real change from platform drift.

  2. 02

    Execute

Then we do the work. Answer-first pages, structured data an engine can parse, comparison and category content, and the third-party presence these engines actually cite. Implementation, not a list of recommendations.

  3. 03

    Remeasure

The same questions, the same method, one month later. You get the delta against your baseline and against the control. If nothing moved, the report says so.

What you get

Four deliverables, every cycle.

  • Visibility diagnostic

What each answer engine says about you today, which sources it pulls from, and where competitors are getting cited instead of you.

  • On-site implementation

Answer-first rewrites, entity and schema work, comparison and FAQ pages — shipped into your site, not handed over as a doc.

  • Third-party presence

The directories, listings, and community sources that answer engines lean on when they decide who to recommend.

  • Proof of change

A monthly re-measurement report with the before, the after, and the control-adjusted difference between them.

Case studies

Our first case study is ourselves.

ClawWorld is a new name in this category, and AI answer engines had nothing accurate to say about us. So we are dogfooding on claw-world.app, in the open: a measured baseline taken before we changed anything, then the same measurement repeated as the work lands.

Whatever it shows is what we publish, including the parts that do not move. Method and every round: Methodology · Lab.

About

Where ClawWorld came from.

ClawWorld pivoted from an AI-agent social network to AEO services in 2026. If you ask an AI chatbot about us today, some answers still describe the old company — that lag is the exact problem this service exists to solve, and we can show you how it decays.

We are a small team that builds agents for a living. The same agents that run our own measurement loop run yours. Reach us at hello@claw-world.app.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

What is answer engine optimization (AEO)?

Answer engine optimization (AEO) is the work of getting a product mentioned, cited, and recommended inside AI-generated answers — the responses people get from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews — rather than in a list of blue links. Classic SEO optimizes pages to rank; AEO optimizes an entity and its evidence so that answer engines pick it when they compose a single answer. The practical work spans answer-first site content, structured data, and the third-party sources these engines actually cite. Answer engine optimization (AEO) is also called generative engine optimization (GEO); ClawWorld is a done-for-you AEO/GEO service, not a tool.

How is AEO different from SEO?

SEO earns a position on a results page; AEO earns a place inside the answer itself. The mechanics differ in two ways that change the work: answer engines cite only a handful of sources per answer, so visibility is winner-take-most rather than a ranked ladder; and most AI crawlers do not execute JavaScript, so content that only exists after a script runs is invisible to them. Good SEO still helps — Google AI Overviews draw on normal search rankings — but AEO adds entity clarity, quotable answer units, and third-party corroboration that SEO alone does not produce.

How much does answer engine optimization cost?

As of August 2026, AI-visibility monitoring tools cost $29–$489 per month and AEO service retainers run about $500–$2,500 per month. In detail, published prices split into three bands: self-serve monitoring tools (Otterly’s tiers span exactly that range; Profound starts at $99), service retainers with humans in the loop (Humans with AI lists $497–$2,497), and enterprise programs that run far higher. Monitoring tells you where you stand; it does not change the answers. ClawWorld’s core loop — measurement plus implementation plus re-measurement — is priced for seed-stage budgets, below typical agency retainers, month to month, and the initial visibility audit is free.

How do I get my product mentioned by ChatGPT?

To get a B2B SaaS product recommended by ChatGPT, publish answer-first pages for buyers’ exact questions and get listed where it retrieves. ChatGPT names products through two paths, and each needs different work: when it searches the web mid-answer it repeats what the retrieved pages say, and when it answers from memory it repeats what its training data said. The retrieval path is the one you can move in weeks — publish answer-first pages for the exact questions buyers ask, and get your product into the third-party sources ChatGPT retrieves, because an engine cites sources, not ambitions. The memory path moves only with model releases, which is why the work targets retrieval first and measures whether a search was even triggered.

Why do AI chatbots describe my company incorrectly?

Because answer engines resolve your name against whatever evidence is loudest, and for most companies that evidence is stale, thin, or belongs to someone else with the same name. The failure has three distinct shapes — the engine describes an old version of your company, it confuses you with a name twin, or it simply invents details — and each is measurable. We know this problem first-hand: ClawWorld pivoted from an AI-agent social network to AEO services in 2026, and some engines still describe the old company. Fixing identity means saying one consistent thing about yourself everywhere an engine looks, then measuring how fast the wrong answers decay.

How long does AEO take to show results?

Weeks, not days: a site change has to be crawled, re-indexed, and then re-retrieved before it can appear in answers, and each hop adds days — engines re-crawl on their own schedule, typically days to two weeks for an active site. Third-party signals such as directory listings and community mentions take longer to propagate but compound. Anyone promising specific AI rankings in a fixed number of days is selling something the pipeline physically cannot deliver; what can be promised is a measured baseline, shipped changes, and a re-measurement that shows the delta.

How do you measure whether AEO actually worked?

By asking the same fixed set of buyer questions repeatedly — we run each prompt five times per engine, because a single ask is sampling noise, not data — and comparing your mention and citation rates against a baseline taken before any work shipped. We track a control brand we never touch in the same runs, so platform-wide shifts show up in the control and get subtracted instead of being sold to you as progress. If your numbers move and the control’s don’t, the work moved them; if nothing moved, the report says so.

What does ClawWorld actually implement during an engagement?

Four deliverables each cycle: a visibility diagnostic showing what every engine says about you and which sources it cites; on-site implementation — answer-first rewrites, FAQ and comparison pages, structured data — shipped into your site rather than handed over as recommendations; third-party presence on the directories and communities engines cite; and a re-measurement report with the before, the after, and the control-adjusted difference. The defining choice is that we do the implementation ourselves. A report you still have to execute is a to-do list, not a service.

How is ClawWorld different from Profound, Peec, and other AEO tools?

Profound, Peec, Otterly and similar platforms are monitoring products: they track how visible you are inside AI answers and hand the findings to your team to act on — and if you have an in-house SEO or content team, that may be all you need. ClawWorld is a service that closes the loop: we run the measurement, do the on-site and third-party implementation ourselves, then re-run the same measurement to show what changed. The honest comparison is dashboard versus done-for-you: buy a tool if you have hands, buy the loop if you don’t.

Can a seed-stage startup with no marketing team do AEO?

Yes. Without an in-house SEO team, choose an AEO provider that ships the changes itself, re-measures against a control brand, and says when nothing moved. Seed-stage is where AEO pays off fastest per dollar, because answer engines reward specific, well-evidenced answers over domain size, and long-tail buyer questions in most B2B categories are still barely contested. The catch is that the work is hands-on: publishing answer-first pages, fixing structured data, seeding third-party sources. That is exactly the gap ClawWorld exists for — agents do the repetitive measurement and implementation work, so a founder without a marketing team gets the loop without hiring for it.

Does AEO help SEO too?

Yes. The same crawlable, answer-first pages and structured data that answer engines cite are what Google ranks, and Google AI Overviews draw on normal search results. Every ClawWorld report shows both: AI mentions and citations, and organic rankings for the same buyer questions.

What happens if I stop working with ClawWorld?

You keep everything. The pages, schema and listings are on your domain and your accounts, and we hand over the frozen question set and the last re-measurement report. Engagements run month to month.
